I'm just feeling kinda destructive right now.

This photograph I took about 1 and a half years ago. The editing is inspired by genius artist Man Ray whom I absolutely admire. It has something raw I think.

Next Shoot.

Planning to use this awesome graffity as a background for the next shoot. I just hope the light suffices... Well. We'll see.
I'm excited as to how it will work out doing the shoot, when it will happen [a lot of work in the next couple weeks for me -.-] and whether I'll just himiliate myself or whether it'll actually look good.

Coffee.

Totally addicted to it...
I can't stand Red Bull or any other energy drink for that matter, but coffee? Always, at any time and any price.
I also pretty much need caffeine today, since I went to a salsa bar yesterday and didn't get much sleep. Definitely found some cheekiness in me.




So that made me decide to post this photograph of myself. I actually like it a lot, cause everything is right about it. I just questioned my credibility, since I'm not exactly a bombshell/vixen in real life, but I figure: Who cares?

He's an awesome photographer and the actual reason for all of this... whatever it is. I just really love the aesthetics of his photographs, especially his concept of 'video portraits' and how he captures relationships in them. Just plain beauty.
Also, this montage of his 2009 work features Muse [one of my favorite bands, and no, my name is not Stephenie Meyer] and Zachary Quinto [he portrays Sylar on 'Heroes'], whom I find incredibly inspiring. Also, I just happen to know who he is. Yup.

This is a feeble attempt at masking my addiction to recognition related to anything creative. I just can't live without constantly finding new sources of inspiration and new outlets for everything my weirdo-mind produces.

This was the first photograph I ever took that I even remotely considered art. I was 17 at the time and at a train station, and the corridor there just struck me as incredibly dull and reminded me of the song 'Empty Corridors' by Luke Pickett.
